Marubaii

Last weekend I was working in a chainmialle shop at the Renaissance festival, when a woman walked bearing my Pheonix tattoo http://marubaii.deviantart.com/art/Pheonix-Tattoo-28088316 on her shoulder. It was a slightly simplified version, but I recognized it instantly nonetheless. I asked her where she got the design, and she replied "oh, I found it online somewhere." I proceded to tell her that I was the artist... It was a very surreal moment,(and made me wonder who had been stealing my artwork and reposting it...) but made me extremely happy anyway! Quick Updates: For those involved, please bring any pirate movies you own so that we may play them throughout the party (just as we did last year with the Hellsing OVAs), and in favor of comfort whilst watching said movies I've scrapped the idea of the brig, leaving the bed open for people to chill on. Secondly, I need to know for sure who is interested in being a part of the party room for this year by June 14th (sooner if you can, and exceptions will be made only if absolutely necessary) so that I can compile the final list that weekend, and total up the final costs for the party (expect it to be somewhere around $65-$75) I will be collect
