Last weekend I was working in a chainmialle shop at the Renaissance festival, when a woman walked bearing my Pheonix tattoo [link] on her shoulder. It was a slightly simplified version, but I recognized it instantly nonetheless. I asked her where she got the design, and she replied "oh, I found it online somewhere." I proceded to tell her that I was the artist... It was a very surreal moment,(and made me wonder who had been stealing my artwork and reposting it...) but made me extremely happy anyway!

And on a bit more depressing note, there will not be any new art, at least for a little while. My inspiration sort of died last week when my car was broken into once again, and my backpack was stolen. It happened to contain my sketchbook, with 4 years worth of art in it, as well as my scalemialle supplies. Needless to say,
